Workability Europe is a not-for-profit association registered in the Netherlands and democratically governed by its Constitution with its own Board of Directors elected at its AGM. All members of Workability Europe are invited to be a member of Workability International. There is a Brussels Office, with three staff members. The annual accounts are audited by Deloitte as external auditors.

Board Directors are elected for a renewable period of three years. The persons currently serving on the WE Board are:

The Presidents, the Acting Treasurer and the Director of the Brussels Office meet as Management Team of the organisation at least every month. For 2012 four board meetings are scheduled.
