In order to further its goals and to contribute to the enhancement of the disability sector at European level, Workability Europe cooperates actively with the EU Institutions as well as other relevant international organisations, employers, trade unions and other NGOs and bodies.

Workability Europe is a recognised European NGO by the European Commission, registered in the CONNECS database. It is a founding member of the European Disability Forum (EDF) and a member of the Fédération Européenne des Employeurs Sociaux (FEDES), Platform of European Social NGOs (Social Platform), Business & Disability European Network, Social Employers Network (SEN) and European Council for Non-Profit Organisations (CEDAG).
