Our members

Workability Europe's membership includes both national umbrellas and single organisations. Our members provide a range of high-quality services to people with all kinds and levels of impairments as well as to other socially disadvantaged groups. They deliver efficient and outcome-driven services relating mainly to work and employment (sheltered, supported and mainstream), vocational rehabilitation, education and training and health and social care.

It is estimated that today our growing membership covers over 4,000 locations across Europe providing work and employment programmes to more than 1,300,000 people with disabilities. Workability Europe members work in close partnership with service users. We believe in the Social Model of disability and we are committed to human rights and dignity, inclusion, non-discrimination, equal opportunities and personal development for our clients.
