Who are we
European employers supporting the disabled sector, social partners who negotiate agreements / partnerships
Our objectives
Stimulate at a European level a dialogue for employees and management in the field of the disability and participate actively in the creation and development of European policy
Our mission
- Widen the representation of our federation to answer the criteria defined by the treaty of EU (Art. 138&139)
- Make the EU authorities aware of the wish of disabled people to find and maintain a professional activity which allows them to be valued and improves their quality of life
- Change society's perspective towards disabled people, especially the most vulnerable
Our values
We want to promote and defend the notion of � lifestreaming �, which involves :
- A social model centered on projects for and by disabled people during their lifetime
- A social model based on the fundamental rights, as defined by the European charter on human rights (health, education, work, housing...)
- A social model which requires continuing, adaptable and quality professional support
Benefits of Membership
Currently there is no European authority which represents the employment sector of disabled people

- On the politics of non-discrimination and related papers
